Hi folks. New member of the forum, and the new owner of a 2007 HD Ultra Classic. The new 96 cubic inch motor teamed up with the 6 speed is fantastic. Picked it up last Saturday, July 29, and have 550 miles on her now. Have the Cobalt Blue/Pewter 2 tone paint scheme. Purchased the 7 year extended warranty and a thing the dealer called a Pit Pass, which is unlimited milage, 4 years worth of scheduled maintenance, with 4 details.
I'll be checkin the forum often to see what that thoughts are about the new motor/tranny package, and keep my eyes peeled for goodies I think I just can't do without.
A question I would guess has been thouroughly hashed out, but I have not searched out yet, is what is everyones take on synthetic oil for the HD? Let me know your thoughts, and what is the best recommended oil. I would chose Mobil 1 for MC, if I didn't hear anyones input as to why another oil would be better. Let me know.
