Route 66
I´m a Swedish biker who had the possibility to visit your wonderful country a couple of times. I used to work as a Business Development Manager for the General Motors, (if you know anyone who needs a BDM or similar assignments, in your country, please contact me, it should be a real challenge to work in the States) but during the recession i had to leave GM........anyway.....
i have probably seen more of your country than a lot of you Americans: Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Fransisco, Chicago, Phoenix, Minneapolis, Oklahoma City, been in Sequoia, Death Valley and Grand Canyon National Parks among others, but.........
The last trip i were in the US of A i drove the Route 66 from Flagstaff AZ through Seligman, Hackberry and Calico ghost town just outside the 66, the only problem was that i drove it in a rental car................
A dream is to drive from Chicago to Santa Monica Los Angeles at Route 66 on a Harley with some friends, but the problem is to take my bike over the ocean.
The best solution is to borrow a bike from somebody...any proposals ???
If some of you guys want to visit my country for an exotic roadtrip, for example crossing the arctic circle or something even more exciting, come up with a suggestion.
