Hi all,
This is AKIN from istanbul, Turkey . I am 32 and about to get my first ride. its going to be a black white sporster 1200 L. i am so exiceted. cant wait to hit the road. i ve also lived at washington d.c. for 2 years. nice to meet you all and happy to join HOG

Welcome from Ponchatoula Louisiana! I worked for two years with a Chef from Turkey. His name was Akin Kazanciouglu (spelling might be a little off). Anyway, I learned so much about the cuisine of your region that I still use the knowledge that he shared with me almost every day! He is a great guy, and he now runs his own restaurant just 3 miles down the road from my job. His uncle's name is Fikret. They made the best hummus, yogurt sauce, and lamb dishes I've ever had. Enjoy the forum! It has saved me countless dollars and headaches over the years. It's also left my wallet a little lighter if you know what I mean
