2003 road King Charging Issues

I have a 2003 RK and the battery keeps going dead every couple of weeks, it goes dead while riding. there is a new volt reg, new batt, new relay and the alt puts out 25vac at idle, but does not change when i rev the engine. please help

My 01 RK had a similar problem and I ended up replacing the stator to solve it. Good Luck and welcome from Arkansas.
