Chasmo, I don't wanna lose performance, just for sound, so I'll wait and do more research to find the right performance pies that will give me more sound...to each their own, I understand, but are you serious that you think the stock pipes sound good? I can't even hear mine when I'm riding with my M/C...it sounds like a Yamaha or something! Ugh! Haha!
welcome to HD forum from wisconsin. look around the forums there are lots of comments on pipes, brands, design flow, etc......take a listen at some threads.
slip ons is good way to improve sound and save..
just listen and see if U hear some u like.
we still love the sound our Rush has and though not as much an increase in perfromance like a good 2-1 system, they'll give bout 4-5 more HP.
If U pick them the 1 3/4 baffle is recommended for otherwise stocker motors.
Welcome to the Forum and safe riding.
