Slip On's are the muffler potion of your exhaust at the rear. You loosen 2 bolts at the rear hanger and the clamp at the header pipe and you can pull them off and replace. Very easy to do.

Screaming EagleII slip on mufflers....can pick up a pair used in excellent on craigslist for 100-200 bucks.....easy money...easy install...plenty loud and deep great sound.

Accessories are so personal, like opinions.

Choose what you like and you'll be fine.

Regarding noise versus safety, there is NO substitute to situational awareness and defensive riding.

Personally, I would spend my money on something else other than slip on mufflers (like I said, opinions......).
