Welcome from south Texas, and as a "colonial" I must say I do appreciate, BSAs, MGs, and very old Scotch whiskey. You guys have some great inventions yourself. Oh yeah, the Beatles, Clapton also and one of my all time favorites, Gary Moore.

Never been over to Ur side, but in the 60's and 70's I listened to a lot of good music that came from over there.

Welcome to the Forum and safe riding.

Default Thanks for the welcome everyone

This is a great site and I had no idea just how much I could learn from it....and Big Al I must say you are 'lookin' good!' and that is a nice machine you've got there. If I ever work out how to do it I'll put up a photo of my Sporty Custom - although she is just standard and black so I guess you know what she looks like. I look forward to chatting with you and learning more about what you guys do when it's R & R time and the skies are clear. The sun shines here too, but not for long - in fact it's raining now. It must be time to take my new can of lemon pledge out to the garage and polish the old girl. That was a new one on me I found out about in another thread on the site.

Hi Morse, My wife and I visited your country and 'Riders of Bristol HD' last summer. My cousin Roger and his wife showed us around Bath and took us to see Riders' facilities . Great country ,and we had a great time ! I'm so new to this forum that I haven't introduced myself yet. Glad your enjoying your Sporty!

I signed up for H-D Forums back in January, and have been reading many of the tech pages and realized I haven't introduced myself. My nickname is Fez and I've been riding since '66 and bought my first bike in 1968. A Triumph Bonneville. Since then I've had a '55 Triumph, a 1947 Knucklehead Custom[ built as what used to be known as a" FatBob" before H-D borrowed the name] that I have owned for 39 years. I also owned a '65 Pan ElectraGlide, a2002 Roadking and now a 2010 FLDC Superglide Custom. I'll post some pictures soon.
