New guy from Houston
Hello everyone I'm new to the forums and Harleys. I'm a 23 year old college student from Houston. I'm attending University of Houston and I'm working hard to earn my degree in engineering (either mechanical or industrial). I've been wanting a Harley for many years now and I had been considering buying a sportster until I found a 2001 super glide sport for a great price. The only down side to the bike is that is has 120,000 miles with no overhaul. But on the up side the bike has only had one owner and from what he has told me he has maintained the bike very well and has been daily riding the bike recently while his new bike is in the shop. Like I said I'm new to Harleys so I'm not too sure if this would be worth the $5000 he's asking for it. Any input and opinions would help me out a lot. Also any tips and tricks or advice too.
