I just found this site. I'm 45 and have been riding non-stop since I was 18. I started out on a Honda CB350 and after getting experience I moved up (slightly) to a Honda CX550 which I rode for almost 15 years.
Almost exactly 8 years ago to this day I bought a Honda 1100 ACE which I still ride almost everyday. 5 years ago my wife decided to start riding and she has a 2001 883 Hugger converted to a 1200. She just decided this last month that that is too much bike for her and she won't ride it anymore - in fact she hasn't ridden it in over a year. I take it out once in a while for fun but it's too small as I'm 6 ' tall.
She wants us to sell it hence my visit here, she wants me to get a bike with a more comfortable seat for her i.e. a Goldwing or ElectraGlide. I really don't care for GW's so I want to hear more about Classics and the Ultra's because I see one of those in our future,
