I am riding a 2005 Fatboy 15th anniversary edition with the 95b engine. Just got it a couple months ago and love it to death. I haven't done anything to it yet but I did just spend some dough over at mandmcycles getting a detachable sissybar, backrest and some saddlebags. Great prices there... found the link to them from here.
Now comes the exhaust decision.... I'm thinking se 11 slip ons for now... Stuff adds up quick hehe as if the bike didn't kill my wallet already.
