Welcome back to the forum from way over in the First State, Delaware. Hope you can get cruzin soon. IMO I'd stick with the Softail line. The FatBoy low would be a good choice. Its in the Softail line. You mentioned your wife would be riding with you, I'd also stick with a bike with a fat front tire. Skinny front tire bikes like the Blackline may look cool but dont handle as well riding two up. There are lots of customized A/M parts avalible that can make Softails even lower. I am not real tall myself at 5 ft 6. I ride a Softail Delux. I think it also has around a 24 1/2 in seat height. I also ride alot with my wife and it handles very well.
