Hello
Welcome to the forum
Sorry to hear about your bad experience with HD .The brand however has nothing to do with the service, that is based upon the integrity of the shop owner in my opinion and probably the shop manager.I had an 06 Roadliner before my Streetglide and after taking it in for it's FIRST service,it came back with the exhaust pipes scratched all to hell.I'll spare you the long version. After 7 trips back and 6 incorrect sets of exhaust being put on it I finally left with a almost clean but not the same type of exhaust that I started with.Never went back to that dealer but don't hold it against Yamaha either.Hope you get yours resolved before you loose interest in your new bike.JW
I hope you can find a used Yamaha that comes with a service manual, owners manual a butler and a trip to Spain, or what ever else has cost you sleep. Or you can stop being a flake and try to enjoy your scooter.
