new guy to forums gets 1971 superglide

Refurbishing this beast is a real pain. finding parts sucks. Some unscrupulious dealers have tried to charge unreal prices for items I need. for example, Small red reflector..Original cost $1...The dealer actually wanted $30 dollars each.. Wow.. I have had to make a few seat brackets..ect..so far looking pretty good.. Always wanted this machine. My place of employment started selling off all the museum bikes and I acquired this one. runs like a top . I will post photos when I am done...
