Default New to HD
Hey all Im getting ready to buy my first HD and its a 2011 Ultra Classic. I noticed on my order that it has the California emissions. Can some one please tell me what this means? Also, would this problem be solved with some burley pipes and a fuel manager?

Welcome to the forum from SoCal. Some good pipes, good sucker air filter and fuel manager is a good start.IMO

Welcome aboard from central NJ, USA! California emissions means that the exhaust emission output meets the standards that the state of California sets. (used to be stricter than the rest of the states) I wouldn't consider this to be a problem. The worst case scenario would be that you make some changes that would void the warranty.
