Dumb question
Been looking at the classifieds and have no idea what it means when the reply only says "Bump"

It's just a way to get the thread back on top of the forum again.
After awhile and no one has shown interest, the thread can be moved to the next page or something. Just replying in the thread in some way will bring it back to front pages. "Bump" is a pretty common way to 'bump' it back to the beginning.

Welcome from freindly Manitoba, lots of comedians here, and a few canadians. The OP, "original poster", wants his or her ad brought back to the beginning of the forum to get more veiws. They have to type something in the message box , so most use "bump" to bump it back to the beginning. Moderators frown on this. (EDIT, if its done every day)
