Long time coming!

Bought my first Harley back when dirt was new (1976) and it was my primary wheels both here in Washington and also when I moved to SoCal. Unfortunately, I was relieved of the bike in SoCal and as it was uninsured I took it in the shorts. All these years I've maintained my MC endorsement with the intent of picking up another bike "some day". Well some day finally came. I have been looking for an old rat bike but when I was at the dealership in Kennewick, WA to take a peek at the CrossBones I saw a used '05 Fat Boy. The clouds parted and the angels sang and I committed to the purchase on the spot. The PO did such a good job of putting this bike together that I'm going to have a hard time changing it to make it uniquely mine. Time will tell. Now, a week later, I'm already starting to look again for that elusive rat bike that I envision. Can't have too many Harleys, right?

Might have to do it sooner, the forum mascot should be coming through soon and the plan is to meet at Rattlesnake HD. I'll let you know when i hear more.
