Since I joined last year a lot has been going on. I have had a bunch of **** going on that kinda kept me off the computer as much as I would like. Anyway, finally retired from the US Navy after 21 years 7 months and now sitting in the great country of Afghanistan.
When I originally joined the forum I had a 1983 FXDG Shovelhead that I bought off my buddy. I rode it for a a while till the inevitable Shovelhead gremlins kept me off it. I regrettably traded it in for a 2009 XL883C that would suffice for a ride till I knew if I was getting a job I was hoping for after I retired. Feeling confident that I was going to get the job, I went and got my 2010 Fat Boy Lo. Well, the job really did not pan out and I would be damned if I was going to loose my bikes. So, hence the War zone employment. Anyway, internet access here is hit or miss. Will try and check in more often and be an active part of the forum. While here, I also joined in with the Patriot Guard Riders and am looking forward to getting home and supporting such a great cause. Take care and be safe
