fat bob seating options

Guys i need some help here, i have a 2011 fat bob, i need the option of a solo seat and a detachable comfortable pillion with backrest and 5 bar luggage rack, is this dooable if so what hard wear do i need, like the look of the sundowner, too many combinations for my simple mind.

Try posting in the dyna section - looking for same answer myself and go with mustang (76107 for me and 76119 for her). Not too many options on sissy bar.
