Tn.Heritage, go to http://imageshack.us/index3.php they are a free picture host.
"Browse" for the picture you want to post. Click to host.
It will give you [IMG]YOUR PIC[/IMG].
change the prefix and suffix tags to small [img]YOUR PIC[/img].
Cut and Paste it into your post.
