Well I finally did it , I bought a Harley [ 94 fxdl low rider ] . I haven't owned a HD sense 82 when I was in college . I got bumped by two drunk lady's in a T bird and I sold the sportster the next day and haven't been on the road sense.
Fast forward and the last two years I have been getting back into motorcycles. I have bought ,sold, fixed , rebuilt 14 Honda XR enduros this year and this Dyna came along and I had to give it a go.
Yes I got it cheap , I think but it had sat in a garage for a few years and was neglected. Carb has been cleaned and rebuilt, new fuel lines , changed the oil and now I'm off to get a battery. I tried to jump it off a new jet ski battery I have but seems just not enough to make her spin.
Seems HD parts are why expensive , whats up with that ? Yes I know their HD but really .
So what should I be looking for with this bike , problems , thinks that normally fall off ?
