Hey everyone. New member here and not even a new rider yet. I have ALWAYS wanted a bike and ALWAYS wanted a Harley.
I welcome any and all suggestions on the best and safest way to get hooked on this lifestyle.
Please feel free to let me know the type school I should look for, certifications, etc. I welcome all guidance. There is a member on this form called Slackster and I absolutely love his olive green bike. I'm such a noob at Harley's I don't even know the model but I freakin' love his bike. Is it an 883?
I have been a long time gear head with cars and trucks though so I have a great working knowledge of mechanics, mods, and styling. I also used to help my dad work on his AA micro midget (waaay back in the day) which ran a 4 cyclinder Honda motorcycle engine.
Anyway...great forum...there are some amazing bikes on here and I look forward to your suggestions.
