I'm back! After an Army career, raising a couple great children, a 21 year marriage in the dump, and 10 years of recovering from divorce, all took just about every bit of 30 years to get back in the saddle! lol
A friend recently refired my love to ride so I spent days and days searching the internet, local dealers and listings to find my brand new 2006 Softail Deluxe, in 2011! This sweet baby of mine only had 548 miles on her when I brought her home a week ago.
I'm glad I found HDForums and have spent the last several days and some late nights reading all of your great post! Some great pics and information on the Deluxe and I've got to give it up to the West Coast D'Luxe styling I've seen on here! Some amazing machines some of you have created! Looking forward to learning more and hopefully contributing myself in the near future.
To all the Vets on here, thanks for your service and sacrifice, have a great Veteran's Day tomorrow! And thanks to all of you who support our Veterans!
Thank you all for the welcome! I'm going blind and reaching my memory capacity trying to read everything on here to hopefully eliminate or limited those mistaken purchases in my quest to build my Deluxe.
