First Time Harley Owner

I live in Southern CA and purchased a 07 Ultra Classic Electra Glide in OR where the company I work for is located. The bike came in the day after Thanksgiving. I had the SE 06 sleeves, air cleaner and a download installed right out of the crate. I did not care for the stock sound. I have owned a GW in the past, which I would put 55K miles a year on. I did not want my Harley to sound like a Honda Davidson. A friend suggested this set up, and is very happy with it. Obviously I cannot wait for the bike to get here for the winter. I will ride it up to OR for the summer. The only concern I have is the size and center of gravity of the UC vs the GW. Does the Harley balance the same or better then the GW?

We have an 02 RK, but I have had a little time in the saddle of an UC. Can't say about the GW. I do know that the UC has a higher center of gravity than our RK. That said, I think that every bike will have it's own individual riding quirks. My best suggestion would be for you to take her solo a few times on short trips until you learn more about her.
