Got the Harley itch... Again

Hi my name is Ken. I am looking to get back into riding Harley's. I grew up driving my fathers '72 Sportster. It wasn't pretty but was a fun bike to ride. He gave it to me right before I enlisted in the AF in the summer of '01. My first assignment was overseas so I left it at home. Then I PCS'ed to CO and was a dorm rat so again I left it at home because I had no where to store it. While it was being "stored" in the rust belt (Pittsburgh, PA) it was not taken care of and now is pretty rough (thanks dad!). A few weeks ago it was pretty nice here in Colorado Springs and I took out a buddies Suzuki VL800 and fell back in love. I really haven't ridden a cruiser since high school. Some crotch rockets here and there but nothing extensive, usually my room mate letting me take it around town. I really want to get another Harley. I'm toying around the with the idea of picking up a inexpensive Sportster with some of my income tax. We will see. I really want a Wide Glide but can't find one in the range I'm willing to spend which is pretty cheap 3K-5K. Here is a pic of my '72 Sportster in all its glory lol.

Welcome from California. My name is Ken and used to ride a 72 Bonneville for a couple years. Recently got into HD--Good luck on finding that ride, you will love it.
