It is a shame of how some dealerships will screw over a person in the armed forces or even the average joe just to make money. That money is turning very hot and is going to burn them real good. The MoCo is looking real close and following up on complaints that can harm their corporate reputation.
Welcome to the forum from southeastern Michigan. Take your time and look around because there is plenty of useful information that many took pains to find out and it is there just for the looking.
Enjoy,
I would get the moco customer service involved with this one. I would also look for a lawyer to see what they could do for you. Good luck, and thanks for your service.
Well between advising the MoCo and everyone reading on this forum, it's going to cost that rinky-dink dealership much in customers. I would still persue an Attorney, BS like that needs a lawsuit thrown in the mix to really take a dent outta slip-shaw dealers to put em outta business.
Welcome from Central California. Thank you for your service.
I'm sorry to hear about the problems you are having with the dealership. Please keep us posted. When you get your bike up and running, we'll get a ride organized together with you. Keep up the good fight.
Welcome from the bay area. At this point you need to get them to make it right even if it takes a little help from MoCo and a lawyer. after its all said and done never take your bike back there. Get some tools and do it yourself. No one will take care of your bike like you will. I have seen first hand what happens in bike shops (having been one myself before joing the military). Not all mechanics are created equal thats for sure haha. Anyways best of luck.
