New from Coffin Point Canada......
Hello everybody, I'm new to HDforums. I've been riding for over fourty years. I ride a 04 Road King custom with some mods, mostly chrome. Its going in tomorrow for SE cam plate upgrade and a set of SE 203 cam's A friend wants to sell me his Tmax auto tuner for $100,00. The HD dealer is telling me they have nothing but trouble with them giving false engine codes. And of course they recommend the SE race tuner. Has anybody had problems with the Tmax. My friend went with the SE race tuner, he said his motor is built to the point where the SE race tuner gives him better performance. I know I have to change my head pipes. Thats not a problem I was going to go to true dauls anyway. If any one could give some information on the Tmax I'd appreciate it. Thank you......

Welcome! Post this up in the Engine/Fuel/Intake/Exhaust section and you may get a better focus on it. I don't have any experience with that tuner however I do know that most Harley dealers will push the SE race tuner over all others. I had a similar experience asking about a Power Commander and all they would tell me was to use the race tuner. So I left and went to another dealer.
