I can't seem to find a helmet I truly like in the local area and am thinking about just ordering one online.
My first question is, how would any of you suggest I ensure that I order the correct size? If sizes are pretty much standard between designers, I figure I'll just try a few on and order whichever size fits best.
My second question is, is there any manufacturer I should stay away from?
I'm looking at half helmets with visor and pull down shield; flat black if no design, glossy if a design.
Thoughts, and thanks for your replies.
Doh! I just realized I posted this in the wrong area.
I was just up at Bike week and found a very comfortable and affordable half helmet that J&P sells, and it does have the retracted tinted visor that hides away in the helmet when you don't want to use it.
in fact it was soo comfy that a buddy of mine bought one also, and when the wife is ready for a new one, she is going with it also.
