Looks like someone's selling some scooters in North Texas this week!
I live in Plano TX ... I grew up in California. I started riding last year after taking the MSF course. I've had the itch to ride for about 15 years or so. Unfortunately, had a close friend and a family member go down for good in the course of about six months - so I decided to wait until my kids were old enough to know me before I bought a bike. Sucks that I waited so long.
Started on an 09 Fat Bob - loved it. But within a month or so I was crushin' big time on the Street Glides. Anyhoozle, me and my old lady (love that I can call her that now lol) were out cruising Easter weekend getting our *** kicked by the wind so we pulled on into American Eagle Harley and left about 45 minutes later on a '12 Street Glide. Love it.
In the last year I've enjoyed getting chatting it up to whoever wants to come up and talk about motorcycles. All the folks I've met have been great.
I am looking for folks in DFW to ride with. I think I've spotted a couple guys on this board to reach out to already.
