Got my first bike when I was eight, that was 42 years ago, been riding off and on since then on a variety of rides, Triumph, BSA, and HD.
Have a black and white 98 Road King (Injected) that was once a member of the Alameda, CA police stable. A friend referred to it as "Hogley" and it stuck.
Last year was a whirlwind of all three of our girls giving us grandkids, so we were either travelling to them or getting ready for the next trip. Bike never even got tags on it for 2011.
Getting it ready to go this year, it's really funky and there's a few things I've wanted to change, so I'm doing them.
Getting the lowers powdercoated, already have the black uppers and relocating the fog lights and turn signals.
Changing the hockey puck bag closures for some marine hatch latches. Maybe I'll post a thread about this when I do it.
Also planning a wheel size change along with 2000+ lowers.
In any case, this board has lots of useful stuff, hopefully I can add a few things of my own.

When they decommissioned my bike to civilian status, I think they used a weedwhacker as the primary wiring tool.
They also forgot to remove the "Stealth Switch" and the wiring for that is pretty random. I'm going to tidy all that up and get the nacelle back on this weekend.
Oh, I'm also sticking an HID bulb in there while I'm at it.
