I have a thunderheader on my bike now my tuner said if I want more power I need a fatcat anyone have any opinions

I really like both pipes... two different sounds. I can't steer you either way really. I don't know whats on your scoot upgrade wise so I dont know how much difference the pipe would make. remember th is a performance pipe as well
