Welcome from Puerto Rico, yu need a manual even tho yu'll get all the help yu will ever need. PITA sometimes huntin' it down, but be persistant, and yu'll find the question/info yu need has already been asked/answered.

I did my Sporty fork tube seals. Pretty easy. Remove top cap (watch out...cap is under spring pressure.) Take them out of the triple trees. Remove spring and old oil. Fill it up with any cheap motor oil-30 wt. works good. Replace cap. I put one end of the fork against a wall, and on the other i used a scissor jack between the end of the fork and the wheel of my truck. Then just use the jack to compress the fork. The old seal wil pop right out. Use correct size pvc pipe to drive in new seals. Dump out motor oil (flush with solvent if you want.) Then refill with fork oil to correct level. Works like a charm.
