Advice needed!!!
Hello to all! Just been lurking around here for a while and decided to join and hopefully get some good advice. Been thinking of buying a bike now for about two years. Thought it would go away at first, but that doesn't seem to be happening for me
Anyway, don't really have much riding experience except some dirt bikes when I was a kid. 30 now and really wanting to get into street bikes. Preferably a Harley Dyna. Kinda wondering how to go about this! All advice is welcomed and appreciated.
Thanks,
JCH

Welcome to the group!..........From NorthWest Ohio! I started out riding a 1993 Honda Gold Wing GL1500. I did not want to have to trade for a bigger bikeafter the first year or so. My suggestion is look things over, pick your bike & price range and get as much as youfeel safe riding. Do some test rides to help make your mind up.

I would suggest taking the Motorcycle safety foundation course if you haven't already. If the only experience you have riding are dirt bikes and it has been a while the course will be invaluable to you.

Welcome to the forum. I agree with Bug. I just got back into riding after about 25 years. I have ridden many miles but still took the rider course. I new how to ride and new most of the stuff they teach, but it really opened my eyes and made me more aware of things around me. I think I'm a safer rider for it.
