How we all doing?
I finally got me a Sportster - it took 35 years - but I finally got it.
My kids say it's my mid-life crisis bike. My wife says she's fine w/ it.
I am just glad I finally got it. Used to ride back in the late 70's and early 80's. Around Myrtle Beach SC and Western PA north of Pittsburgh. Sold the bike before I moved to TEXAS. Swore I'd get me a Harley some day. Well it happened. 2005 Sportster XL1200 C - haven't dumped it yet... but i did drop it last night in a gravel parking lot outside a ****-kicker bar... burned up my left left pretty bad pulling it back up - but the bike didn't get a scratch. (better me than the bike...) Anyhow, just checking the forums looking for parts, rides, poker runs, whatever... Ya'll take care.

Mid life crisis..... I picked up my first HD 03 xl883 custom a month ago and all my family and co workers asked me what bought a sportster. I just tell them,"I'm in my late 40's and going thru the mid life crisis and what's it to you!"
