Hi All,
I bought my very first Harley on Monday - a new 2012 Dyna Super Glide Custom. I've been riding for over 40 years, but most of my bikes were rice burners, with a few Triumphs thrown in. Last bike was a CanAm Roadster, but I just couldn't get used to the 3-wheel dynamics, so I traded it in (after only 2 months) for the Dyna. Still have a '93 Goldwing that will have to be sold, plus a '77 Hondamatic 750A that I bought new in '78 and plan to keep. Anyway, the new Harley feels pretty good, although I have less than 100 miles on it. Fairing is on order, as is low sissy bar and luggage rack. No plans to change the pipes - my hearing is bad enough as is. I'm glad to be here, and hope to pick up lots of information in the future.
Hello there
The bike looks great, good choice. You may want to check out the sundowner seat if you are riding two-up its like sitting on a brick for the passenger.
Good luck and ride safe
