I just goined the forum. I'm picking up my Harley tomorrow and I'm sure I'll be popping in here now and then to ask/answer questions. This bike will be my second Harley and I hope to enjoy it as much as I enjoyed my first one. I was a member of the Dhahran Chapter in Saudi Arabia while I was working there for Lockheed. I rode all over the Middle East to include Bahrain, Muscat, Dubai, Doha, etc. Longest ride, on my 2000 FXD with wife on back, was from Dhahran to Doha and back...a day to rest and then from Dhahran to Dubai for a HOG Rally. Took over 12 hours to get there, but it was a blast ridding through the desert with camels and all.
