hi everybody, im new to hd forums and to harley motorcycles had bikes all my life but never a harley . got my first flrhci tc 96 8th of feb. and its been really awful weather her in south east kansas ever since between that and a bout with flu havent ridden it much but enough to know i am going to love it. started riding out on day trips with some grey beard friends from my youth a year ago some have harleys so that rekindled my lifetime dream of riding a harley. im looking fwd to some longer rides this year and of course more rides with friends. its really sweet riding with friends. heads up for chickenonachain, i caught your post about sturgis, ive never been but am thinking about going this year. im a 47 model with bad hips and would probably have to keep it to maybe two or three hundred miles a day maybee we could ride together from tx youd probably go through here on way upj. anyway if i can ever learn to navigate this site ill be around. thanks for all the information and grins while ive been dry riding and waiting for warm weather. tommytailspin
