Hi everyone my name is Jeff im from central NJ. this will be my 5th season riding. i started my street riding life on a 07 honda shadow i bought brand new in 09 as a left over and from there i was hooked. did everything physically possible to the bike by the 3rd season i had it and put 20k miles on it. it wasn't enough. i picked up a couple of basket case iron heads but money a little shy and last year i picked up a 81 FLT shovelhead.
then on 12/12/12 i went to ocean harley in lakewood nj to look at used bikes and ended up trading in my 07 shadow for a 2012 FXDWG got about 100 miles on the bike and snow and cold weather hit. While i was unable/ willing to ride i've been picking up some parts (rush 2.0 slipons new for $99 on ebay light scraches that buffed out, and a used SE intake for $45) after the brake in i will be installing.
also about my riding style fast aggressive high speed and long range, NJ to Florida first season, NC 3rd season, Washington (w/passenger) 4th season
hopefully Minn/Mich area this season.
looking forward to getting some questions answered and hopefully being able to help answer some questions for others.
