Default Hello from Alaska

I ride a 2006 Road King FLHR this is my second HDI originally had a Sporty but with all the riding I do with the wife it was just not up to it. I’ve been riding offand on for 20 years and do not belong to a MC, I am a member of H.O.G. for 2 years now. Right now I'm just waiting for winter to end so I can ride. Riding season here is typically from April-May (dependent on street sweepers and Temps) to September- October (Also dependent on Weather). I don’t try and let the weather decide when I ride. If you let the weather decide when you ride up here you may never get many miles on your bike. So I just make sure to be ready for whatever Alaska weather may give me. I'm sure I will find all the forumsinformative and interesting.

Welcome to the forum from Oxford, England. I couldn't imagine having a 7 month riding season - I've only had 3 days off all winter!
