Kentucky Vision Test for Permit?

Thinking about getting a Harley for my retirement gift to myself. Figured I need to go ahead and get Legal.
Without explaining my reason for this question, ( I have one)
What kind of vision test do they give when you get your permit? One eye at a time / both eyes only ?

I would think ya need at least one eye and ya have to be able to see with it. I doubt that you would be required to test one eye at a time. That be discriminatory to cyclopes.
