Hi i am Steve from kahoka mo...i just turned 60...bought my first Harley last year and i love her...she is an 83 flht shovel does not have the bags or fairing...i am planning on putting the fairing back on but i think i will put leather bags on it. The motor runs great but it does leak a little oil...still working on that...also just started having a chatter from the front rocker box has not got worse so i am not sure what it is...well nice to hear from those that have welcomed me thanks. by the way how do i post a question .

 

Welcome. There are sections specific to your model. I think thats where you would post technical questions.
I dont know for sure, but some chatter Could be valve lash. Might need adjustment. (If they are adjustable) Good luck with your build.
