Hi Hope some one can give me some guidance on setting the initial timing and advanced curve...
I have a 2005 Dyna low rider
Recently run in s snd s 97 kit -Heads have been machined to match the cams and s and s kit - 211 cams - 42 Mikuni- Hyper charger with K and N screaming eagle pipes.
There are four pods on the Twin tek unit...Last two set at 6500rpm.
Im running an initial at 3 and advanced at 6 or 7. I find the rear cyclinder plug at times fouls and makes the bike jerk around and miss. New Plugs and leads solve this but same issue. I have increased the Mikuni main jet from a stock 160 to 165 cleaned carby out as well. Plugs look great after a few runs but just cant get the ignition timing right.
Any suggestions on the settings with my build?
