I finally stepped up to a 2013 switchback in big blue pearl from a heavily modified sporty 1200. I loved the switchback for the whole 15 mins. that i was able to ride it. While its getting fixed i found this site and am learning a lot about stuff to look for. Here is the story about the 15 mins.
The dealer put new bars on it and cables before i picked it up. I rode it home and was all smiles. Parked it and went to work. I took off the next day to ride all day. I started it in neutral with the front break and clutch pulled. Well when i put it in gear with the clutch still pulled in it took off and rammed the back of one of my vehicles. So the dealer came and picked it up and is fixing it. Just waiting for Harley to send the front fender which is taking forever.
Anywho I am def learning about some of the common problems that i wasn't aware of before on this site.
