Harley Virgin
I am a married father of two amazing teen boys that are very active in sports. (Que bragging dad) both are state champion's my oldest (17) in track in three of his four events this year he also plays football and basketball who is class VP and Commissioner also an honor roll student. my youngest is 14 and was a freshman now moving to sophemore. He is the one that blows me away, damn near 6 foot and just over 200 lbs. he is state champion / triple crown winner twice in U.S.A. wrestling for all three types. he also was on varsity wrestling and got 4th in regionals this year only being beat out by seniors @ 220 lbs and very young I might add. he is also a football player and wants to do track this year.
my wife and I lost a child years ago to cancer and it changed our way of thinking 100% we where very young but over all it was for the good. we made a decision that our window of time with our boys is very short and unknown and can end in a heart beat so we are very very active in our kids lives and they ARE PRIORITY
I am a Hot rodder and rocker crawler at heart but have always wanted a Harley. I sold my Toyota crawler and my tube chassis that I was building since I never had time to work or drive them I sold them off. now that I had a stack of money in hand the wife nudged me to buy a bike....it didn't help that a few of my friends went out and bought bikes....so I found a local bike, bugged a buddy that has been riding and working on Harley's most of his life to go take a look at it. few hours later I was the proud owner of a 2005 Dyna Super Glide Custom that had a fair amount of work done to it....so here she it

and the list of ad one's
95 incher
S&S 583 cams with gear drive
10.5 compression
Screamin Eagle EFI programmer
Dyno'ed local at 85 hp at the rear tire. the notes on the bottom of the dyno sheet said "CNC ported head's and this will go to over 100 hp"
track style bars
riser's
blah blah blah
you get the picture
the previous owner used to own a CNC shop that built various parts for the aftermarket world including O.C.C. he had built some pretty cool parts for it
triple tree's that widened the front along with spacer's for the wheel, fender and brake
he made his own billet grips that are pretty nice my buddy said he gets first dibs if I ever wanna sell them or he will buy me new ones
tons of small little caps and clamps he made all over the bike.
since this is my first bike I am pretty cautious. but I went and took my rider class at the local college passed with one of the highest grades on both test's and was also the one they picked on to go first on ever riding obstical. this past Monday I went and registered the bike and got my endorsement and now have clocked right at 115 miles in 3 days
if anyone any input OR recommendation's feel free to let me know
