OK gang - still kinda new to all of this yet!! Can you guys give me some advice on posting pictures?? Having a problem with the picture size itself, all of my j-pegs files are too large. What's a good way to down size these w/o blurring the quality to these? Even at 640x480 68kb I'm still not able to transfer. Much appreciated for any help out there

Thanks DJ

i had the same issue when i was making my gallery here. try shrinking the pic so the toal resolution does not exceed 200 kb. i had to shrink my photos to 631x467; i think. also if you are posting the pics here make sure you have the link inbetween the [IMG][/IMG] brackets. if that doesnt work PM pilot1996...hes the pro

Whatever picture software you are using...do a search on "resize" then use that to resize. 640x480 or some approximation of that will work well for these applications.

Let me know if you're still having trouble.

Welcome to the forums from the Arizona Highlands. When I was having that problem, I found that the pictures that would not post had spaces in the file name. Make sure there are no spaces in the file name of the picture you are trying to upload.
