21" pre-2000 offset

Default 21" pre-2000 narrow glide offset
Ok, been searching the interwebs for a couple hours now, and don't have the right year manual. Could someone tell me what the brake side offset measurement is supposed to be? I changed hubs on this laced wheel, and didn't bother measuring it before I de-laced the old one...

Narrow glide specs (pre-2000) 19" front wheel is 0.565" and 21" front wheel is 0.466"
