Touring Fronts (Road King) have a different LEFT bearing to rotor mounting surface dimension. You need to stick with Softail unless you want to do some machining.
About the Rear...In 2003 Softails changed the Rim to Hub offset when they introduced the 150 tire. The Touring rear will go on easy enough, but your tire to belt clearance will be reduced (maybe the tire will will touch belt...Dunno for sure). Since you want to use Laced Spokes, you can always have the offset adjusted, but that's an additional cost.
