Yes sir it's centered?
I was thinking that whoever put the tire on the rim, flipped the rim? If that matters?
BTW... Thank you for your help and time.

You can't flipped the rim...the pulley/sprocket and rotor use different bolt sizes

If your wheel was bare (no pulley, rotor, or tire), I would ask you to measure the rim offset. Rear wheels have a different hub to rim center-lines

It is centered, no scrubbing or scraping from the rear.

Quite a few HD Model wheels will fit your 01 FXD. Some directly, some with a bearing change. As far as using a Sportster Rear, 2000-04 Direct fit, 05-07 with a bearing change

There are ways to move that wheel over slightly if you want. Basically, you put a small spacer between the caliper bracket and swingarm. Whatever spacer size is used, you would then remove that amount of material from the LEFT spacer (then the total width remains the same).

Can you take a good shot of the centering of the rotor within the caliper. You may have to take a couple slightly off center (right and left of rotor)... Cameras don't work like our eyes

Being from a "Fatboy" in itself is not an issue. 2000-02 Fatboy Rears are really the same as all others in the critical dimensions including offset (Sportster, Dyna, Touring...the same). In 2003, softail 16x3 Rears changed their offset. That's why I wondered if it was from a 2003-06 Fatboy.
