Can't think of any reason why they won't work on 2016 FLTRUSE CVO. Of course, you have to get a new size tire and different Brake Rotors.
Maybe it's a Harley "Slip-up", because why would HD say 2014-later ONLY when they will also fit the earlier models with the same tire and rotor change.
