Default Oem Dunlops

I’m running the oem Dunlop’s on a FXBB. I’ve seen people get around 10k out of them. I’ve got 5500 miles out the front and rear and they’re toast. There's probs a third of tread life left and they're like riding on ice. They'll break free and even spin shifting hard into second. I've had them walk out in corners. I've never ridden a tire that loses all grip with some meat still on it. Honestly never had good luck with dunlops, always cup and wear funny. These are also cracking all along the rim by the bead. Pressures are always checked before I ride. Have a year and a half on them. Anyone else have similar issues with them. Ordered new tires. I do ride aggressive so there's that.

Did you check the date code for their age? I’ve never heard of the OEMs slipping around like that. Sounds to like yours are old and hardened.

Bike is a 19 fxbb. Bought last year. They were the factory tires. I swapped to new tires and even new they feel better than the oem ones. The date wasn't old on them. They ran great for about 5k before I started having issues. Thought was suspension and changed that since tires looked ok and was gonna change anyway. My buddy's bagger has 10k on his rear oem dunlop same model tire and is still ok and he's got an extra 300lbs on me and my ride. Maybe bad batch. But won't buy dunlops again for any bike.
