I tried to get a straight level picture, it looks like if I come over to the right a little bit, which is what I would like to do, it would better center the rotor in the caliper as well. I tired getting a caliper in there to measure. Almost impossible on the wheel side.
It seems this will work, I'm happy to see that. I'm guessing it looks really nice with the tire filling the fender completely.
To move the wheel 1/8" to the right you would need a spacer that thick on the wheel axle, left side, and an equally thick spacer on the pulley. Just make sure the rubber ring still seals.
If possible I would prefer to mill 1/8" of the right side of the caliper mount, at the axle, where it touches the swing arm. Instead of milling the wheel.

I'll post some better pictures when I get the wheel moved over and centered better. Yes you are correct, it does look really nice with that fender filled in.

It doesn't look like I will have to mess with the pulley at all, it sill has quite a bit of play. I checked that when multi said the pulley side might be ok.

Just look at where the belt rides on the Front sprocket (that sprocket is relatively wide). That should give an indication on how much you can move the BELT (moves with wheel) to the Right without messing with a pulley spacer ... you shouldn't have to mess with the pulley.
Also if you want to mod the right side of the caliper bracket, make sure you check on how the caliper bracket meets up with the swingarm tab (ie. insertion depth) & mod as needed
